Anne Klein (1923-1974) was an American fashion designer and businesswoman, the founder and namesake of Anne Klein & Company.
From the 1940s, she started designing women’s ready-to-wear for fashion legend Maurice Renter. Throughout her career, she changed how women dress and became a major influence on modern American style.
