Shipping

The Granny Wardrobe is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. If you're a Vancouver local resident, I offer same-day drop off for a fee, or pick up at the office for free. Otherwise shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

I will do a final inspection of every order before package it with care. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day of purchase and shipped via Canada Post. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Service Details

• All orders are wrapped with acid-free tissue paper with a care instruction card.
• Scarves are sent flat in a sturdy envelope with standard mail service (no tracking).
• Clothes, Hats and Bags are sent in a waterproof Poly Mailer via Expedited Parcel service (with tracking).
• Express shipping and add-on tracking number are available at checkout.**

• Local pick up is available at The Granny Wardrobe head office: 422 Richard Street, Suite 170, Vancouver, V6B 2Z4. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up, processing time is usually 1 business day. Be sure to bring a piece of ID with you for the front desk to release the package.
