Exchange

Because all items in the shop is one-of-a-kind, once it's gone, it's gone! If you wish to exchange for another item, please contact me immediately with the item you wish to exchange, so I can put it on hold for you.

I accept exchange within 3 days after you receive your order, please provide the following details if you wish to exchange:

  • Order Number
  • Name and Email
  • Item you wish to exchange
  • Reason to exchange (optional)

I strongly advise you to use a tracked shipping service as I'm not responsible for item(s) getting lost in transit.

I will confirm upon receipt and inspect the item(s), you will receive an email upon successful inspection with either an invoice or a refund confirmation for the difference.*

Please note I will not be able to refund you: (if applicable)

  • Original shipping fee
  • Custom/duty charges
  • Exchange shipping fee

*If the exchanged item price is greater than the current paid balance, you will receive an invoice to pay for the difference plus shipping. If the difference is less, it will be refunded via the original payment method minus shipping.

 

Order Cancellation

Sorry to hear that, but I get it, sometimes it just happens.

Please contact me within 24 hours after your order placement and provide the following details if you wish to cancel:

  • Order Number
  • Name and Email
  • Reason to cancel (optional)

All approved cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee charge, it will be deducted from the amount you have paid. The rest of the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

If you cancel beyond 24 hours and the order has shipped, it will be treated as returns, please see the RETURN process below.
